NATIONAL CHANCELLOR'S CONFERENCE REVEALS STRONG-ARM AGENDA

WEST CHESTER, PA. (10/16/2004)--The upcoming conference of national chancellors that will meet in Orlando, Florida on October 21 under the chairmanship of David Booth Beers, The Presiding Bishop's personal chancellor, is anything but typical judged by the agenda.
