This represents only 44.55% of the voting members. Even a unanimous vote at the meeting would have been insufficient to depose the two bishops. Even if the remaining 116 had voted unanimously, only 39.45% of the bishops would have voted for the deposition of bishops Schofield and Cox. Reports from the meeting indicate that there were some opposition votes. Because this was done by voice vote, no record apparently exists of the precise number of votes actually cast in favor of deposition.

One doesn't know, at this time, how much arm-twisting is going on behind the scenes in Africa. We will know more in time.
